Neon Sailor Earth/Terra
She sometimes wears it in an odango style.
she is tall and slender, with and angelic face that
seems to hold the key to all questions of time and life,
her skin is pearled and gives of the feeling that she is more part
of the universe than of the human world; Starlight doesn’t really care
much about her beauty. She is very out going and loyal.

petals surround her like a twister,millions of shooting stars
dance all over. Her bodice and skirt are of one piece shining a black
light trimmed with red. Her skirt is of two layers, the
bottom part is red while the top part is black, and like her bodice,
it is trimmed in red. The bow at her chest is red on the
center an angel with it arms raised and crossed at the wrist
holding a small sphere. She wears red boots with a black rose at
the top. She wares no gloves. Her odango hairstyle now is
adorned by red ribbon. In her forehead is the symbol of the Earth. The
Midriff of her bodice vanishes leaving this part exposed. At the end
of her transformation the Planet Earth takes shape.

wrist bracelets with emerald and rubies take shape in them the

Neon Symbol on her chest, the Cresalus Crystal appears at the center.
Behind her the Planet Earth surrounded by twelve constellations is seen.
The DuPre are a very rich family with the ownership of the red Gale Magazine and owners
of the DuPre Shipping and Trade Company in England. Unlike her
younger sister, Starlight was not spoiled by her father. William DuPre
had wanted a male heir and when she was born he became
indifferent towards Starlight. He has never once showed interest
in her nor has showed any love. At the age of six-much to her
mother’s unapproved word - DuPre had her sent to the
Emerald Boarding School in Europe. She rarely came home
and thus her relationship with her father has never been easy.
Yet, she knows that her daughter feels lonely. Being of
mixed blood (Their Mother is Gypsy and their father is if Royal Blood)
Starlight has a strange temper; unpredictable to say.

father who wants Starlight to take over the family business. But
Starlight does not want to have to do anything that includes her
father. She does not want to be like him at all. Her relationship
with her younger sister is pretty normal. They had written to each other
during the time she was on the boarding school. Starlight is more
attached sister like to a friend from Emeralda name Samantha.
this was way before the Moon Kingdom even existed. For a long
time there was peace in the universe; that is until a great darkness
emanated from a Crystal known as the ‘Forgotten Rose’. This Darkness
was known as Metallia. Word came to Earth that many planets outside
the Solar System had been destroyed. Fearing for her planet, Terra
went on a mission to find the ‘Forgotten Rose.’ Once she found it she
was able to harness the power from the Crystal and erase the dark
matter within it creating the Cresalus Crystal. Using the power of
the Crystal Terra summoned other young women from the different
planets. She gave them each powers to help defend their planets
and the universe. They became known as the Neon Goddesses. They all could
be identified by the marking of a lotus flower; each had it on a
different place. This symbol changed into the
Neon Goddess Symbol once the young women took
in their true forms.
Terra and her guardians fought against Metallia defeating her and her army.
However, they were only able to defeat her body not her
essence. Thus, the Goddess sealed her. Terra, having been
the one to use much of the Cresalus’ power was too weak and
thus decided to create a Kingdom in the Moon. Watchers of the
earth and Universe. Using the Cresalus she formed the Kingdom
and brought people to it.
They became known for the Moon symbol on their foreheads.
She also used the power of the Cresalus one last time and gave
the Moon Queen a crystal known as the Silver Millennium. After that,
Terra gave her last command to her guardians. “Live your lives in
peace.” Then she took her last breath.

Personality:
Loves to go on camping trips. Happy girl who just wishes
that her father and sister could get along. Since
she was born into privilege, she does not know what it
is like to live hand to mouth. Poverty is a foreign
concept to her. Not that she lacks compassion, she just
can't understand what it is like not to have
everything handed to her on a silver platter.
Fuku:
body of the uniform is forest green. Bow, collar, skirts are light brown.
midriff exposed. large emerald nestled in the center of her bow.
Her goddess gown is a sari of vivid green and gold.
History:
Marion is the second born daughter, sister to Starlight.
Their father had wanted a son, but by the time his
second daughter was born she became the apple of his eye.
She has been made the heir to the DuPre family, though
she has no head for business. Their family is half French and half Gypsy.
She was born with a faint birthmark
on her left wrist that looked like a lotus
if you squinted and turned your head. She'll soon graduate, and be
sent to college with the instructions to study business.
Past Life History:
Younger sister to Terra. She loved spending time away
from civilization, in the forests. Untamed animals
would approach her as if tame, but once she left them,
they would return to their natural state. Went around
barefoot with tinkling bells around her ankles. When the
Forgotten Rose attacked, Aranyani tried to fight, but
she was killed.
Extra:
Her skills with gardening and taming of animals
borders on the supernatural. Her section of the DuPre gardens
is more beautiful than what the professional gardeners can do.
