Plot behind Sailor Moon Eternal

Sailor Moon loses her power after the appearance of a new enemy, and must use what little power she  has to give a new transformation to the other Sailor Scouts, their eternal transformations. The appearance of a mysterious new Sailor Scout, Sailor Earth, bringings a secret that Sailor Moon will allow Sailor Moon to gain  the supreme power.
